RETURNS ARE EXPENSIVE FOR EVERYONE SO PLEASE GET A SAMPLE OF THE FABRICS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

We will send you a check refund when your return has been received. We will not credit back your credit card due to the outrageous amount we are charged by the credit card companies.

To save paper we don't send any paperwork with your order. When you return it please be sure to include your name,phone number and address so we know who to make the refund check out to.

FABRIC: Returnable if not used. Clothing and accessories: These items are returnable if they have not been used or worn and the tags are still attached.

FRAME AND FABRIC KITS are returnable ONLY if they have not been put together.

BEDDING AND SHOWER CURTAINS are NOT returnable once they have been opened.

All other finished products are returnable within 30 days.

Custom made items are NOT returnable.
