RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns on fabric if it has not been used and is returned in good condition. Colors shown will vary from the actual fabric due to the variation in monitors. If you need a very specific color we suggest you get a sample before you buy.

There are no returns on custom made items or special orders. Frame and fabric kits are not returnable if they have been put together!

Under NO circumstances do we refund shipping costs.

HOW TO ORDER

Our fabric is usually sold in 1 yard increments (36"l x 54"w)or by the panel when the design warrants it. If you wish to order more than 1 yard just click the ADD TO CART button Then place your cursor over the number 1 and change it to what you need. We do not cut the fabric, it will come as one continuous piece.

If you are looking for a specific color but not pattern, use the SEARCH button. Just enter the color you are interested in. Keep it basic i.e. Blue, Green,Pink not aquamarine,chartreuse or magenta, you"ll get better results.

If you are looking for a specific pattern and do not find it, let us know. If it is still available we will do a special order for you. All special orders are non-returnable.

SAMPLES

Sample sizes vary by design. They are small and show only the colors in the fabric, most often not the design.

Samples are sent by US Mail so please allow 3-7 days for them to arrive. If you need special cuttings, call us at 888-343-7285

We offer payment through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Pay Pal. If you would like to pay by check or money order,please call us toll free at 888-343-7285. Sorry but we cannot ship COD.

SHIPPING AND AVAILABILITY

The AVAILABILITY is on the page where you see the fabric. We ship by Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. Availability on sale items will be on a first come first sold basis. If your choice is not available you will be contacted and have the option of substitution or cancelling your order.

If AVAILABILITY is more than 1-2 weeks that means we are ordering your item from Europe. We try to give as accurate an estimated shipping as possible. If we are going to miss the delivery date we listed we will contact you. We do NOT charge your credit card for any item until we are ready to ship.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to addresses within New York State. The amount of sales tax will appear on your order confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We will ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand,Japan, Hong Kong and most of Europe at the present time. We do NOT ship to Africa, the Middle East or South America. We ship through the US POSTAL SERVICE. The customer is responsible for paying all duty and taxes upon delivery. Returns are allowed on defective fabric only.
